Position: Design Architect

We seek a highly motivated professional to fill a key role in our Singapore office as a Design Architect. You will be commercially astute, highly motivated and committed to design excellence. The ideal candidate will be a well-credentialed architect or designer with an Architecture degree, with a minimum of 2-3 years of architectural work experience. Bilingual in English and Chinese will be an advantage. The candidate will be required to demonstrate strong capabilities in sketching, planning and presentation. Familiarity with AutoCAD and various software would be an advantage.

Position: CAD Draftsmen

The ideal candidate will be required to hold at least a Polytechnic Diploma, ITE or equivalent qualification, with 2-3 years of experience. Being bilingual in English and Chinese would be an advantage. The candidate will be required to demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, at least in release 13 and 14, and various software. Knowledge of local building authorities' regulations and submissions would be an advantage.
